Temporary Pause on Bulk Hard Waste and Green Waste Bookings

We’re currently unable to accept any new Bulk Hard Waste or Green Waste bookings while we work through changes to the service.

Unfortunately, our contractor is no longer able to provide collections as previously expected, and Council is now exploring alternative arrangements to continue the service.

To avoid creating expectations around collection dates that may need to change, we’ve made the decision to temporarily close new bookings until we have more information on future service delivery and timing.

We appreciate the community’s patience and understanding while we work through the next steps.

Updates will continue to be shared on this page, and residents who have already made a booking will be contacted directly should there be any changes to their scheduled collection.
