MUNICIPAL WORKER -SEALED ROADS

Join our Roads & Stormwater team and help keep our community moving. As a Municipal Worker in the Sealed Roads crew; you’ll play an important hands-on role maintaining and improving the region’s sealed road network. If you enjoy physical outdoor work, operating heavy plant and equipment and being part of a supportive team that takes pride in delivering quality results for the community, this job is for you.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING…
– Maintaining and repairing sealed roads across the municipality.
– Operating heavy plant, including trucks, rollers, bobcat and other machinery.
– Carrying out pothole repairs, levelling, asphalt works and general civil construction tasks.
– Supporting safe work sites through traffic control and adherence to WHS procedures.
– Working as part of a hardworking team delivering quality results for the community.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR…
– Experience in civil construction or road maintenance (3+ years preferred).
– HR licence.
– Strong teamwork, communication and problem-solving skills.
– Commitment to safe work practices and working outdoors in all conditions.
