Seniors Week Events 2025

This year, we’re hosting a three activities designed to connect, engage and celebrate our senior residents. From social gatherings and information sessions to fun activities and opportunities to learn something new, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Event highlights include:

  • Cake Decorating – Tuesday 14 October – Sorell Memorial Hall Supper Room
  • Walk around Sorell -Wednesday 15 October – Meet outside Sorell RSL
  • Bus trip to Triabunna – Thursday 16 October – Meet South East Stadium car park.

Bookings are required and payments can be made by coming into the Council offices or by calling 6269 0000. See the flyer below for more information on each of the activities.

Seniors Week is a fantastic opportunity to come together, meet new people, and celebrate the strength and spirit of our older community members.
