Copping Community Hall AGM

October 2026

The Copping Hall and Reserves Committee are having their AGM on Tuesday 27 October starting at 7pm at the Copping Community Hall.

The facility is managed by a volunteer group of community members who form a Special Committee of Council.

As per the Terms of Reference, a new committee will be formed at this year’s AGM. Expressions of Interest are now invited from people interested in being a committee member.

Objectives of the Committee are:

• To ensure that the hall is managed in the best interests of the community and Council.
• To promote and encourage the use of the hall.
• To coordinate the hiring process for use of the hall.
• To advise Council of all general maintenance requirements, and to assist in meeting compliance and regulatory requirements.

All community members are welcome to attend and we look forward to seeing you there.
