Council, with the support of KPMG, is conducting an Expression of Interest (EOI) process to attract suitably skilled and experienced developers to develop and operate or develop and sub-lease, the Dunalley Marina and Economic Cultural Hub (the Dunalley Marina).
The Concept Design includes a 150 berth marina, a 60 bed boat house, five star accommodation, and other complementary retail, cultural and tourism elements targeted at attracting commercial investment. In all, the development area is 2.83 hectares on land / sea bed that will be leased from the Crown.
The Dunalley Marina was identified by the people of Dunalley, as a project to drive the economic transformation of the area and compliment economic growth in the Tasman region following on from the devastating 2013 bushfires.
EOI’s close at 5.00pm on Friday 13 December 2019.
Please direct any enquiries regarding the EOI to David at KPMG on firstname.lastname@example.org.
